Founder, Lisa Leverington, created Lady of Leisure after she fell in love with hat making as a creative outlet. As a keen racegoer and fashion lover, Lisa loves creating pieces to top off a winning outfit.

Her beautiful creations have since won her numerous awards at the Spring Racing Carnival.  Lisa began her traditional millinery training with the Waltraud Reiner, and is continually expanding her skill repertoire with industry experts as well as expanding her skill set into jewels, manufacturing and modern techniques not classically used in head wear design.

Hence, Lisa’s designs are widely renowned for setting the new trend and celebrities and fashion stylists showcase her creations year after year.

Lady of Leisure Millinery creates fresh modern head wear, with a variety of both ready-to-wear and custom-made hats, crowns, and fascinators. Lady of Leisure Millinery prides itself on exclusive designs developed for department stores and private clients, whom leave behind a long list of Fashions on the Field and Millinery Awards. Lisa also works as a consultant for fashion brands adding hats and accessories into product lines and in stores.
